As Executive Vice President and CFO at Jefferson Apartment Group, James oversees equity and debt financings, dispositions and accounting. He also directs assets developed by JAG and the Property Management Company.

Throughout his nearly twenty-year career, James has managed over a billion dollars in asset disposition throughout the East Coast. Prior to joining JAG, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Partner for JPI East, and as an Asset Manager for Insignia Financial Group.

James is a graduate of Furman University with a BA in Accounting. He is a member of the Real Estate Group and has been a featured speaker and panelist at multiple events sponsored by the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). James is married and has two children.

Termination
