Andrew Dybalski

As Vice President and Area Partner for the DC Metro Area, Andrew Dybalski is responsible for sourcing new opportunities and managing new developments from concepts through construction. While at Jefferson Apartment Group, Andrew has overseen the development of more than 1,500 apartment homes. Prior to joining JAG, he was employed by Avalon Bay Communities and Mill Creek Residential, where he worked in both their Redevelopment and Asset Management group and Development group, respectively.

Andrew holds three degrees; he earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, his Master’s in Architecture from Georgia Tech, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Andrew is a native of the DC Metro area and actively involved in several industry organizations. He sits on the Planning Board of the Langston Blvd Alliance, is on multiple NAIOP subcommittees, and is an Honorary Member of the DC Real Estate Group.

The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) and privacy policy (“Policy”) governs the information practices used on www.jeffersonapartmentgroup.com (the “Website”) operated by the Jefferson Apartment Group and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (referred to herein as "JAG", "we", "us", or "our") and applies to information, products and services (collectively, “Services”) provided by JAG in the U.S. and any videos, information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content") as set forth in the Terms for the Website. Termination
