Located in the rapidly developing U Street Corridor of Washington, DC, Jefferson 14W is a mixed-use project with 231 apartments, 12,200 SF of retail, and a 44,000 SF YMCA facility. JAG executed a pre-sale of Jefferson 14W in Q1 2013, selling the development to a well-capitalized national multifamily operator. Following the sale, Jefferson Apartment Group continued to manage the project, executing Jefferson 14W from concept to completion.

Termination
