Jefferson Westshore is a 246-unit luxury apartment project located in South Tampa, Florida. The project will begin delivering units in this three- and four-story garden community in late 2012. The community will feature a large community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool, and landscaped courtyards. In addition, Jefferson Westshore will be designed and constructed to incorporate sustainable building elements throughout the project.
Jefferson Apartment Group will develop the project on a 10.28-acre site on the east side of Westshore Boulevard, the City’s primary Business District. Jefferson Westshore will offer convenient access to the largest employment centers within the Tampa Bay MSA, including the Westshore Business District, MacDill Air Force Base, downtown St. Petersburg, and downtown Tampa. The property represents one of the few remaining infill opportunities in this desirable, land-constrained submarket.
