Jefferson at 14W is a seven-story, mixed-use development located at the NE corner of 14th and W Streets in NW Washington, DC. The project commenced construction in December of 2010 and will include 231 luxury apartments, 171 below-grade parking spaces, 12,200 square feet of retail space and the new, state-of-the-art, 44,000 square foot Anthony Bowen YMCA facility. Washington Gateway is a five story mixed-use development located in Baltimore, immediately adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Medical and Research Campus.  The project will deliver approximately 300 luxury apartment units and 19,000 square feet of integrated retail space featuring a pharmacy and restaurant.  A 405 space parking structure will be constructed as part of the project,  directly connecting to each level of the building and two private courtyards.

The Residences at the Government Center is planned as a LEED® for Homes certified 270-unit apartment home project on approximately nine acres in Fairfax County, Virginia.
