Jefferson Pompano Beach
Jefferson Pompano Beach is a 239-unit garden-style, Class A apartment community planned in Pompano Beach, in Broward County, Florida. The site is located two miles east of Interstate 95 and less than one mile from the Atlantic Ocean. The project will feature 415 feet of frontage and exposure to 43,500 cars daily on Federal Highway (US 1), the main eastern north-south traffic artery in South Florida, connecting Miami to West Palm Beach. The property will be located across Federal Highway from the small boating municipality of Lighthouse Point; with its proximity to the Hillsboro Inlet and ocean access, the area is a popular address for boating enthusiasts throughout South Florida.
Jefferson Pompano Beach will begin construction in 3Q 2013. The community will feature four-story open breezeway buildings with elevators and when completed will be amongst the highest quality apartments in the Broward County submarket. Community amenities will include a Palm Beach-inspired clubhouse, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, Wi-Fi bar and lounge, and a resort-style pool plaza complete with an outdoor kitchen and shaded living rooms. The units will include nine 9-foot ceilings, black appliances, washer/dryers and ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths. The project will be certified as a National Green Building Standards community.
